Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants to fill the Business Development Agents vacancies that have arisen in a Human Resources (HR) Consultancy firm based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Consultant, the Business Development Agents will be responsible for the following, among other duties:
Identifying new and follow-up clients’ HR needs and recommending value adding solutions
Overseeing the development and publishing of all marketing materials.
Ensuring the consultancy’s website, social media handles are up to date, functional and representative of the consultancy firm’s brand.
Selling the HR Consultancy firms’ products and services through various digital platforms
Drawing contracts in liaison with clients and the Managing Consultant
Creating value for clients by facilitating the implementation of human resource solutions
Visiting clients and prospective clients to sell the firm’s products and services.
Making presentations on the firm’s service offering to clients.
Preparing periodic reports to the Managing Consultant
Qualifications and experience
A degree in social science, Human Resources or business management
At least one HR professional qualification or International HR certification
Ability to sell human resource solutions
At least one year experience in human resource practice
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and selling skills
Self-motivated with passion for results
