Tsungai is the Managing Consultant here at Carmal People Management Consultants, a distinguished human resources consultancy firm. With over two decades of comprehensive experience in Human Resources Management within the financial services sector, eleven of which at a senior managerial level, he brings substantial expertise to his role. Tsungai holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Great Zimbabwe University and postgraduate diplomas in Human Resources Management (IPMZ), Executive Development Programme from the University of Zimbabwe, and is currently in his final semester for a diploma in Labour Law, Conciliation, and Arbitration from the Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University.
Tsungai is passionate about developing innovative HR strategies, navigating labour law intricacies, and mentoring emerging professionals. Beyond his professional pursuits, Tsungai values integrity, kindness, and curiosity—qualities that guide him in his personal and professional life.
