Charles Jegede
Managing Consultant
Charles Jegede is the Founder and Managing Consultant for Carmal People Management Consultants Private Limited. He holds a Master in Business Administration degree, majoring in Strategic Leadership, and a Social Science degree, both from the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds Human Resources Management professional qualifications in Human Capital and Training Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ). He is a professional Systemic Family Counsellor. Charles is a qualified and experienced Human Resources Management Practitioner. He has 26 years in Human Resources Management Practice, 20 years of which at the managerial level in the Food Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors.
